We are upgrading all UPS 3 Day shipping methods to UPS 2 Day Air. Please keep in mind, no shipping carrier is guaranteeing their delivery date but we have been seeing UPS has the least amount of delays.
We are working at a 1-4 business day processing time. This means your order won’t leave our facility for 1-4 business days after you place your order. The exception to the 1-4 day processing time is if you order a preorder item or an item with a longer individual processing time – which would be stated on an individual product page. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Expedited shipping does not speed up your processing time. Remember during sale times, our processing may take a bit longer. If you purchase a preorder item, please check that item page for expected ship date. Thank you for your patience during this busy season.
We are now offering both USPS & UPS shipping options. The flat rate shipping price is the default shown but once you enter your shipping info and select “calculate shipping” then you will see all options available to you.
Lastly, keep in mind USPS is experiencing some delays due to low staffing because of CoVid19 and holiday rushes. A lot of USPS packages are experiencing 10 day delays. Unfortunately, that is out of our control. We have been seeing that priority mail has the least amount of delays compared to First Class Mail but all packages have the possibility of being delayed slightly by USPS. For local pick ups, we will contact you within 3 days to schedule a pick up after your order is placed. If you need your pick up before the 3 days, please feel free to text us to make sure we can accommodate your request. 904.484.8312. We can often do same day pick ups, depending on our schedule. Local pick ups will be at Southside & Baymeadows in Jacksonville, FL. We cannot always accommodate weekend pick ups. All sales are final.
