NEW Online French Macaron Class

In this class, you will learn how to make classic French Macaron shells and flavored macaron shells. You will also learn how to make a Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing to fill macarons plus a Cheesecake Filling & Ganache Filling too! The Swiss Meringue & Ganache can be used as a great base to make endless macaron filling flavors. Recipes included. Please note that the class is taught through a private Facebook group so you must have one to participate.
Some class sessions have already been recorded and are ready to view after you have been accepted into the group. We will be doing a LIVE Class session on Saturday, September 12th @ 2pm EST. The class session on September 12th we will show you how to make tie dye macarons as a bonus and go over the differences between baking on parchment vs. silicone mats. Even if you cannot watch the class live, you will have forever access to ALL class sessions.
