If you purchase this I Want it All Class Bundle, you will receive access to 6 Online Classes. Please note that these classes are taught through private Facebook groups so you must have one to participate. The French Macaron, Deluxe Sugar Cookie, Cake Pop & The Strawberry Rose Tower Classes are all prerecorded. The Chocolate Covered Strawberry Class will be taught live on July 25th @ 2pm EST. The Cinnamon Rolls class will be taught live on August 1st @2pm EST. Even if you cannot watch the classes live, you will have forever access to watch the classes at your own leisure and ask questions at any time in the groups.
French Macarons Class Info:
In this class, you will learn how to make classic French Macaron shells and flavored macaron shells. You will also learn how to make a Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing to fill macarons plus a Cheesecake Filling & Ganache Filling too! The Swiss Meringue & Ganache can be used as a great base to make endless macaron filling flavors
Strawberry Rose Tower Class:
In this class, you will learn how to successfully dip and decorate flawless Chocolate Covered Strawberries. You will learn how to use highlighter dusts to give your berries that extra pop of color and bling! You will learn how to cut your roses properly for best assembly. You will then learn how to fully assemble a Strawberry & Rose Tower plus storage instructions. Please note that the class is taught through a private Facebook group so you must have one to participate. This class has already been recorded so once you are accepted into the group, you will have full access to the class.
Deluxe Sugar Cookie Class:
In this class, you will learn how to make sugar cookies from scratch using a delicious no spread sugar cookie recipe. Then you will also learn how to make your Royal Icing from start to finish. We will go over piping and flooding cookies, icing consistencies, coloring your icing and so much more. We will also go over a few different textured piping techniques, marbling and using glitter dusts for that extra pop! Recipes included. You will receive our popular no spread Sugar Cookie & Royal Icing recipes. Exact class set we make is pictured.
Cake Pop Class:
In this class, you will learn how to make basic cake pops. You will learn how I make my cake pop dough, mixing it and shaping. I will show you how to hand roll successfully and how to hand mold basic shapes. Lastly, you’ll learn how to use Cake Pop Stamps! I will show you how to paint on cake pops using Highlighter Dusts. You will learn how to melt chocolate properly, thinning chocolate (if needed), & coloring chocolate. We will also talk about pricing cake pops.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Class Info:
We will go over making perfect chocolate covered strawberries from start to finish. We will go over washing your strawberries, melting your chocolate, coloring your chocolate & dipping. You will learn decorating techniques with sprinkles & dusts, marbling chocolate, using gold leaf and drizzling chocolate flawlessly. We will also cover pricing your strawberries and boxes to use with them. Lastly, we are doing an added bonus of making chocolate covered cherries, which are more popular now than ever!
Cinnamon Rolls Class Info:
We will go over making your cinnamon roll dough from scratch. Please note, this is a yeast dough but it should not intimidate you. We will go over the whole process step by step. We will then go over making your cinnamon roll filling and a classic cream cheese filling. We will go over how to make classic cinnamon rolls & mini cinnamon rolls. We will also go over why these are such a great addition to a treat maker’s menu because of the great profit margins & how to price your rolls. Lastly, we will go over togo containers to use if you’re going to sell these. As a bonus, we will go over different toppings to take your cinnamon rolls to the next level including a banana cream cheese icing!

In the Busy Bakers email, it has a link to the 2 private FB groups. Please request the 6 groups AND answer the 2 membership questions in each group so you will be accepted.
