I understand orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday and require 1-3 business days of processing time. During holiday seasons or a busy time (often sales), orders can occasionally take longer to ship. I release Busy Bakers of any liability for products lost or damaged due to USPS. Once your order has shipped USPS can be contacted with any issues.
Ice Packs are available and if I choose not to get them for my items then Busy Bakers is at no fault. I understand that chocolate can melt during shipment but this wont effect the quality of the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address.
Please note, due to CoVid 19, USPS is working at a much slower rate. We do not recommend using First Class Mail at this time but if you do, please note it can take a week or longer. Priority is not guaranteed delivery time but is usually delivered at a faster pace than First Class mail.
